PRIVACY POLICY

For Android applications published on Google Play by Sanket Sawant

1. INTRODUCTION

Sanket Sawant ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information our Apps access, collect, use, and share, how long it is kept, and what choices you have. By installing and using our Apps, you acknowledge this policy. If you do not agree with it, please uninstall the App.

2. SUMMARY

• Our Apps work offline. Core features do not require an account, sign-in, or internet connection.
• We do not collect, store, or have access to your personal information on our own servers.
• Our Apps display advertisements served by Google AdMob. When your device is online, Google's advertising SDK collects certain device and usage data to show and measure ads (see Section 4).
• We do not sell your personal information.

3. INFORMATION HANDLED BY THE APPS

3.1 Information We Do Not Collect

We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, files, microphone or camera data, precise location, or payment information. Our Apps do not require you to create an account.

3.2 Data Stored Locally on Your Device

Our Apps may save settings, preferences, progress, scores, calculations, or similar content in the App's private storage on your device. This data stays on your device, is not sent to us, and is removed when you uninstall the App or clear the App's storage from Android settings.

3.3 Permissions

Our Apps request only the permissions needed to function and to display ads:

• INTERNET / ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Used only so ads can be requested and displayed when you are online.
• AD_ID (Advertising ID): Used by the advertising SDK for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention (see Section 4).

4. ADVERTISING (GOOGLE ADMOB)

Our Apps contain advertisements to support development and keep the Apps free. Ads are provided by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. These Apps contain ads. AdMob acts as a third-party service provider and may collect and process data directly from your device.

4.1 Data Collected by the Advertising SDK

• Advertising ID (AAID) and other device or app identifiers: Used for ad delivery, personalization, frequency capping, measurement, and fraud prevention.
• IP address and approximate location derived from it: Used for serving region-appropriate ads, security, and fraud prevention.
• Device and network information (model, OS version, language, connection type, carrier): Used for ad delivery and compatibility.
• Ad interactions (impressions, clicks, views): Used for ad performance measurement and billing.
• App diagnostics and crash information: Used for stability, performance, and ad-serving integrity.

We do not receive this data in a form that identifies you, and we do not combine it with any personal information.

4.2 How Google Uses This Data

• To show personalized or non-personalized ads, depending on your settings and consent.
• To measure ad performance and calculate advertiser billing and publisher payments.
• To detect and prevent invalid traffic, fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Google's use of data is governed by its own policies:

• Google Privacy Policy
• How Google uses data in advertising
• How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services
• AdMob and Firebase data disclosure

4.3 Sharing

Data is shared with Google (as our advertising service provider) solely for the purposes above. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it with any other third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Offline use: When your device has no internet connection, ads cannot load and no advertising data is transmitted.

5. YOUR CHOICES AND CONTROLS

• Ad personalization: On Android, go to Settings > Google > Ads (the path may vary by device) to opt out of ad personalization.
• Reset or delete your Advertising ID: In the same Ads settings, you can reset your Advertising ID or delete it. Apps will then not be able to use it.
• Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland, and other regions): Where required by law, our Apps show a consent message (via Google's User Messaging Platform) before personalized ads are served. You can change your choice at any time using the privacy options in the App, where available, or by clearing the App's data to see the prompt again.
• Uninstall: Removing an App deletes all data it stored locally on your device.
• Android permissions: You can review or revoke App permissions at any time in your device settings.

6. LEGAL BASIS AND YOUR RIGHTS

6.1 European Economic Area, UK, and Switzerland (GDPR)

Where applicable, personalized advertising is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. You may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Because we do not hold your personal data, requests relating to advertising data are best directed to Google through your Google Account data and privacy controls: https://myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy

6.2 California and Other U.S. States (CCPA/CPRA and similar laws)

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. Residents of California and other U.S. states with privacy laws may have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can exercise the opt-out by using the ad personalization controls in Section 5 or by contacting us.

7. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

We do not retain personal data on our servers. Data stored locally by the App remains on your device until you clear the App's storage or uninstall it. Data collected by Google's advertising SDK is retained according to Google's own policies. To request deletion of any data we may hold about you, contact us at kanak.sanket@gmail.com.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our Apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13 (or under the minimum age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where an App or user is identified as a child, we request child-directed or under-age-of-consent treatment (TFCD/TFUA) from Google AdMob so that personalized ads are not served. If you believe a child has provided personal information through an ad network, please contact us and we will work with Google to address it.

9. DATA SECURITY

Because data stays on your device and we operate no user-data servers, your information is protected by your device's security features (such as screen lock and Android's app sandboxing). Data exchanged with Google's ad services is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND ADS

Advertisements may link to third-party websites or app stores. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our Apps, Google Play policies, or applicable law. The updated version will be posted at this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Apps after changes means you accept the revised policy.
